Where we ship, where we don't, and why.

Placeholder notice. The country lists below are provisional and must be reviewed against current export controls, customs regulations, and country-specific research-chemical law before launch. A trade-compliance attorney should sign off before this list is published.

Where we ship

Ledger Bioscience ships from {{ Origin country }} to research customers in the following jurisdictions, subject to local customs and regulatory clearance:

  • United States (all 50 states, see state-specific notes below)
  • Canada
  • European Union member states (subject to country-specific restrictions)
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Japan
  • South Korea
  • Singapore
  • Switzerland
  • Norway

Where the destination country requires import permits, research-license verification, or institutional addresses, those requirements are the buyer's responsibility. We will not falsify customs declarations.

Where we will not ship

We do not ship to the following jurisdictions, either because the sale of research peptides to private researchers is restricted, prohibited, or because export-control compliance creates unmanageable risk:

  • {{ Country where research peptides are explicitly prohibited }}
  • {{ Country where regulatory uncertainty is too high }}
  • Any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S., U.K., or EU sanctions
  • Any jurisdiction subject to applicable export-control restrictions for the SKU in question

If your jurisdiction is on this list, we cannot accept your order. If it changes, we will update this page.

U.S. state-specific notes

Within the United States, certain states impose additional requirements on the receipt or possession of research chemicals. Buyers in {{ State }}, {{ State }}, and {{ State }} should review local rules before ordering. Where a state-level requirement conflicts with our standard ship-to terms, we may decline an order.

Customs, duties, and import compliance

For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for:

  1. Any customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), or other import charges levied by the destination country.
  2. Any import permits, research-license verification, or other regulatory documentation required by local law.
  3. Compliance with any in-country restrictions on possession, storage, or use of research chemicals.

If a shipment is rejected by destination customs and returned to us, the buyer remains responsible for the original shipping cost. The product itself, if returned in resaleable condition, is destroyed (chain-of-custody integrity cannot be re-established once a vial leaves our facility); a partial refund of the product cost may be issued at our discretion.

If your country is not listed
