An empty log is a live signal — it means every batch shipped to date has met or exceeded our minimum 98.0% HPLC purity spec and cleared independent testing.

How this log works

The rules of the record.

Voice Plain English. Numbers, not adjectives. "Purity 96.2% against a 98.0% threshold" — not "purity was slightly below spec."
Edits Records are never edited after publication. Corrections are appended at the bottom of the entry, dated, and initialled, in a clearly marked Corrections section.
False alarms If a failure is later confirmed to be a lab error, the entry stays up. A Corrections note explains and links to the second test result.
Customer names Never published. Counts only.
Near-misses Not published here. If a near-miss pattern triggers a process change, that change is noted in the transparency changelog.
Lab partners Named only with prior written permission. Otherwise listed as "independent lab" or "synthesis partner."
Timing Published within one business day of disposition closing. Pre-launch failures published the same day the launch slip is decided.

Locking the format before the first failure means the record can't be shaped by hindsight. When something goes wrong, it goes here — in full, in plain English, within one business day.
